The Hope

ProjectThe HopeDescriptionThe Hope is a three-story building in Battersea, London, with business and residential units. The bottom level designated as a business space, while the top level consists of beautiful 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, with either balcony or roof terrace. BRICKS & MAGIC

ProjectBRICKS & MAGICDescriptionIts goal is to get approval for a 46-unit HMO concept as part of an income-generating initiative. According to consultations with Lambeth Council, the local community supports a residential scheme of five Victorian houses. The development is in a beautiful setting, adjacent to both Brixton Tube Station (Victoria Line) and Herne Hill Train Station.
