Description

Its goal is to get approval for a 46-unit HMO concept as part of an
income-generating initiative. According to consultations with
Lambeth Council, the local community supports a residential
scheme of five Victorian houses. The development is in a beautiful
setting, adjacent to both Brixton Tube Station (Victoria Line) and
Herne Hill Train Station. Brixton is a multi-ethnic community with a
safe and welcoming environment that is continually evolving.
