Real estate development company Yellow Brick Estates have commemorated a construction milestone at their new Kensal View development, located in London, NW10. The event was attended by the Yellow Brick team, architect firm airc and contractors who have been involved in the project thus far.
The topping out ceremony and subsequent construction update marks an exciting development for Kensal View as Yellow Brick Estates prepare to launch the development in the coming weeks with the unveiling of a show apartment.
Kensal View is located on Goodhall Street in the heart of the Kensal Green regeneration area, one of the most significant Opportunity Areas in the London Plan, set to deliver 65,000 jobs and 25,500 new homes.
Kensal View will provide 38 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, with almost all the homes set to be available to purchase through the Government’s Help to Buy scheme. The development is situated close to the amenities of Kensal Green, with numerous public transport links including the HS2. The development is set to complete in Q4 2022.
