Acquired from the NHS, this hostel was renovated and converted into a 200-bed Hotel, HMO, and through planning we have added a further 22 rooms and an office. Our 98% occupancy rate comes from supporting the 4th largest hospital in the UK with its requirements.
As our flagship venture, we have owned and operated it in-house since 2011 and are seeking the next site adjacent to a hospital.
